A-Z Claim for INR granted even though I used buy shipping
Hello,
This is to get the attention of a mod in hopes of escalation because my appeal and help case has gotten me nowhere. This is in regards to order 112-7573539-0704228. I purchased shipping on time and shipped within the "ship by" window I was required to (shipping purchased through Amazon). The item was delivered as shown by the tracking, but the customer claimed INR and opened a case. Amazon granted the refund from my funds, when I appealed, they reversed the ODR hit, but did not reimburse my money. I opened a help case (ID 16903984491) and was transferred, but the next day I got another email that they had granted the a-z claim and debited the amount from my account but not counted against my ODR. What do I need to do to get reimbursed for this order?

Hello @Seller_yRvMvm4k919U6
Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.
I looked into the order ID that you provided and per the tracking provided, it indicates that the package was returned to you. In this case, the reason that the claim was seller-funded is for that reason as per A-Z Guidelines, "Amazon may grant a claim in the customer's favor without the customer needing to contact you, under the following circumstances: Tracking shows that the package is returning to you: If the tracking shows that the item was undeliverable to the customer or refused, and we receive tracking information indicating that the package is returning to you, we will automatically refund the customer and debit your account for the claim amount. It does not impact your account health or order defect rate (ODR)."
