#1 - 25 minutes after sending the package.. "I want to order canceled you haven’t shipped out anything yet."

#2 "Doesn’t matter I’ll be returning it so whatever now I gotta wait until Monday if I knew it was gonna take this long to receive this item, I would’ve paid more from it from another supplier or seller who would’ve gotten it to me the next day so I’ll be returning it when it comes"

#3 "And yeah, so your item came yesterday, which still was too long. I’ve sent them and found the same item through Alibaba and I will be returning your item. I want full refund because I tried to cancel the same day when I realized it said I wasn’t going to get them for over a week yet you still sent it out saying that it’s already been shipped out. I want a full refund and I’m actually going to reach out to Amazon for this issue if you cannot agree to a full refund"

#4 "I went into my package room to retrieve the package. There is no package and I get every package that’s ever come here so the driver did not send a package a picture of the package delivery therefore I don’t know where the package is at so I’m gonna give it another few days to see if it turns up in the package room if it does not then I will be reaching out to Amazon For a full refund because I don’t have the package to even be able to return it"

Hi JT - I recommend the following in these situations:

Document everything carefully:

  • Save all buyer messages
  • Keep delivery tracking information
  • Maintain proof of delivery records
  • Screenshot all relevant communications

File an appeal through Seller Central:

  • Highlight the buyer's contradictory statements
  • Include proof of delivery
  • Point out that the buyer admitted receiving the item in earlier messages
  • Provide a clear timeline of events

Report the buyer:

  • Use the "Report Buyer" feature in Seller Central
  • Include all documented evidence
  • Emphasize the pattern of contradictory claims
