Late Delivery - Buyer wants refund
I have a package that USPS is taking its sweet time getting to my customer in Hawaii - surprise - the package was supposed to be delivered by 4-21 (actually 4-22 at 2am) - which is today. Customer is asking for a refund already because he purchased the item (bird food) elsewhere. Amazon help pages tells buyers to wait 48 hours before making an issue out of it. So what happens if the package is in fact delivered within the 48 hours and buyer keeps the package? Should I just wait for buyer to file an A-Z claim?
