Good morning,
We have been in a struggle this past month and a half to get our listings compliant with GPSR and Country of Origin information. We submitted our GPSR compliance documents roughly 6 weeks ago, and 99% are still showing "Under Review", despite it suggesting only to take up to 7 days. After a lot of back-and-forth with Amazon support, they have informed us this is because the listings are missing country of origin information.
About a week ago we used the bulk-upload tool in our UK marketplace to add this information to our products, which appeared to work fine. I noticed this information doesn't automatically translate to the other marketplaces, so I've been through each one and downloaded the relevant bulk-upload template along with the SKU's for the associated marketplace. We have used the update template with the following data points: SKU, Part-Update, and Country of Origin. In total, there were around 400 SKUs. I also carried out a test with a single SKU on the template first.
None of these international marketplaces have been updated with the country of origin, despite checking the SKU's that were apparently without error (including the single SKU test). I have spoken to Amazon support regarding this about 3 times now with no conclusive answer provided, just copy-and-paste responses without comprehending my actual problem, and no solutions. I went into one of these listings to manually edit and add the country of origin, just to see if it was a listing-based or bulk-upload issue, and the listing updated just fine with a manual edit.
Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so, how was this resolved? It's worth mentioning I have tried filling out the data points for country of origin and part-update in the language of the template, as well as in English.
