Hi!
I am trying to create listing for gummy food supplement. I sent the certifications, however, it requests approval and then ends with
"We are not accepting applications to sell:
Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Other Human Ingestible products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)"
Can someone help me with this? I have a brand associated with the product.

Just want to clarify - are you trying to create a new listing, or are you working on activating a suppressed listing?
I can see internally that you're working with a suppressed listing.
Could you confirm which it is?
