One star without an opinion, photo or title

I'm new to Amazon and I have a few items that I'm selling via FBA and the sales were good until I got two stars with no review, no title or photo, and no information on who gave it. I'm afraid this is a deliberate attempt to lower sales because my product is the cheapest and next day delivery offered by PRIME. I tried to leave a review for the item I bought, but without adding a title, opinion or photo, it is impossible. I need help!!!

Don't leave reviews for products you sell yourself - thats a real quick way to lose your account.

As for star ratings without review title etc - these could be competitors - however they primarily come from ratings given from Echo devices - customers can't leave a review - so it just gets a star rating.

buyers using amazon echo devices get messages every not and again to leave star ratings, and that all it is

Yes, as the other's say it's an Amazon Echo device. Mine keeps asking me to review items I have purchased - it gives you a notification 'ding' and then has a notification colour on it. It's far more 'in your face' than the emails asking for reviews.

Amazon customers often don't leave reviews (in comparison to other sites) and unfortunately it's the ones that aren't happy that are only too keen to leave reviews!

It will as others pointed out be Alexa. I have noticed though as Alexa will say 3 months ago you bought this item, On a rating of 1 to 5 what would you rate it.

Well is 1 bad or is 5 bad or is 1 good or 5 good. I mean I know looking at the star ratings 1 is bad and 5 is good but does a customer know that. Sometimes if you ever make a call to customer service you might get a survey text and it will say from 1 to 5 with 5 been the highest what would you rate this person.... At least you know the way the ranking system works but Alexa does not say
