How do I get pre-approval to sell Apple Accessories
How do I take permission from Amazon to Apple accessories ?
I like to sell lightning cables before I sell it I like to get pre-approval from Amazon, how do I do that ?

With great difficulty.
Apple are extremely strict, which Amazon has enforced heavily over the last 12 months.
I’m not even sure that they are taking applications any more, but I’m sure someone selling them, will jump in.
Your generally better off avoiding the BIG brands if you can.

As Neil said I think it is a case of getting permission from Apple first, and you would have to buy your stock from them, and that is a while palaver.
If you have genuine Apple stock or Apple-approved 3rd party accessories, eBay is probably a better place to sell them.

That supplier is MFI licenced and is on Apple’s MFI database. He said they can build MFI cables with our logo and says that should be ok.

Your brand name does not appear on the Apple MFI Certified list, your manufacturer may appear if they are MFI Certified under a differing name. In addition you should look urgently at the product quality sold under this brand examples of which ASIN B07MCPFMFF, ASIN B01FV1E7C4 & ASIN B00CPMF86M show very poor quality and subsequent customer product feedback that would indicate a generic non MFI certified product.

The Term “Apple accessories” would indicate you wish to sell genuine Apple accessories as appose to generic third party accessories?

I got stung on this having sold a few official iPhone covers at decent margins. I proceeded to bulk buy more but not long after last Christmas, everyone got kicked of all apple listings. I still got 30-50 left

We are MFI certified and we don’t sell Apple accessories anymore. It is not worth it in any way unless of course you have your own factories making the cable for you and can compete on price with the big brands selling them on Amazon already, including AmazonBasics.
