Read onlyAmazon has instructed me to upload my picture and the identity document I used in opening the account for identity verification. When I try to follow the instructions, I never get to the onscreen instructions for this. Instead credit card is unable to be verified
I also see in my account health that there is an outstanding charge of £30 but I opened individual account and do not expect this charge, since I have not been charged yet, can they wave it off then? Any ideas will be helpful
The INDIVIDUAL Seller account is ONLY for selling off your own personal second-hand items (eg. books, DVDs, CDs etc)., and NOT for selling NEW goods which you are buying to sell on for profit. To do that you need an Amazon BUSINESS Seller Account. Individual account is not the same as sole-trader.
There is the individual selling plan where you do not pay the £30 monthly fee, but pay an extra 90p fee per sale. If you signed up by clicking on the orange 'SIGN UP' button, then that automatically signs you up for the professional plan which is the £30 a month. You can downgrade the plan so you do not pay the monthly fee.
