Yes, you can Enroll your brand with a pending trademark.

Though to access certain Brand Registry benefits like enhanced brand protection, marketing tools, and the ability to report counterfeit products, you need to have an officially registered trademark. Amazon generally requires a fully registered trademark to enroll in the Amazon Brand Registry. Since your trademark is still in queue, you won’t be able to enroll in the program until the trademark is granted.

Hello @NIVRUTTI_ENTERPRISES,

This is Sakura from Amazon. Welcome to the Seller Forums!

I see that some sellers have already shared useful information.

If you want to sell on Amazon using your brand name, you should be registered in Amazon Brand Registry. You can apply to Amazon Brand Registry with a pending trademark.

You can find more information about the application process here: Amazon Brand Registry Application Guide

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Regards,

Sakura
