Seller prime DPD
Dear All,
We have recently started seller prime through Amazon provided carrier DPD.we have faced below problem
1.Customer received package and still says not delivery.so we inform customer to contact Amazon.ao if Amazon refund we can attest file safety claim. But customer file A-Z claim and after explaining and PROVIDED all delivery details claim approved.while carrier itself Amazon DPD account.so we can not file claim to DPD as lost package only Amazon can as per my knowledge.
- Customer file claim for non delivery and Amazon refunded. Now after we file safety claim Amazon rejected says we do not cover carrier lost.
So any advice how to get claim from DPD.

Amazon can’t, only you can. We don’t use DPD so I’m unsure as to the process for filign a claim with them.
This is happening more and more but it’s supposed to be next to impossible to file an A-to-Z for an SFP order as long as it was despatched on time using the “buy shipping” option.
Amazon are supposed to handle all customer service for SFP in the same way as FBA.
