How long does it take to reply to the verification code for brand filing? It keeps showing waiting for amazon to operate.
Hi, how long does it take to reply to the verification code for brand filing? It has been showing waiting for amazon to operate, has been waiting for 16 days, still no news, and did not say where and what problem I have, I open the customer service to get the need for another team to review said they do not have access to, let me wait, I feel that my problem should be put on hold by them, I am now very disappointed do not know how to solve.

Dougal from the Community Manager Team here. I reviewed your application and can confirm that it is currently being reviewed by the appropriate team. I know it can be difficult to wait longer than the anticipated time and is frustrating.
Please note that although the team does try to take an average of 10 business days to resolve applications, sometimes the need additional information to verify your identity, which can extend the application review period. This is addressed in the Brand Registry application process help page.
