Error 5461 help

I have been selling on Amazon for 12 years using my name Knightsbrandnu2u for all of this time, with no issues my EANs are purchased from GS1 and have always been.

But i am now being told by Amazon i can no longer sell my hand made hand finished products unless i list as generic, but they are not generic no one else can possibley sell something i make assemble and send.

Any one know how to escalate further i have tried getting customer service to call me but they refuse to and we all know the customer service BOTS always say no to everything i can not get them to undersatnd my items are not generic no one other then me and my team can supply these foods?

They say my UPC and Brandname do not match but it does and has done for 12 years

Can any one offer help?

What name is on your GS1 account as that is likely what they are checking.

You might be able to write a letter from your GS1 Account name confirming that own the brand name that you are listing under on Amazon.

But honestly it sounds like your string of barcodes have been already allocated to another listing, that is what usually happens when I get that UPC and brandname don’t match error. I have yet to find a way to get around it - you might find it easier to ask GS1 for a new string of barcodes.

HI< We have had this recurring issue pretty much every month, where our brand name is coming up as not associated to our EAN, we have a few brands, but one large EAN catalogue. We had to provide the GS1 Certificate, our trademarks, to a case in seller support. And this resolved the issue, it does seem to take 3-4 days for them to get it sorted. Like i said I keep having this issue, and now we just send them the case number with all the information on it already, and it takes them 48 hours. Its a nightmare. But it sounds like your issue is the same, . I hoep this helps.

To avoid this you can also request GTIN exemption from certain fields as the items are hand made
