How to get negative feedback removed
I sell a range of branded products and one recently has caused me problems as one other seller has changed the listing to include a free gift that does not come from the supplier. Before I had realized I had sold a few of the item and now got a couple of negative feedbacks due to this. Add to this a lost A-Z case for buyer claiming item not received even though tracking, GPS and photo all show delivered.
I have tried the request feedback removal but got denied before I could blink. Messaged via the help section and receive a cut a paste denying the removal with in a minute of sending.
Any help would be much appreciated as this has pretty much killed my Amazon store at present till the defect drops off the account.

Hello @Gifts_4U,
This is Ash from Amazon and would help with additional information on your queries.
I understand that you have concerns as you received the negative feedback from the customer.
I understand that the customers are confused as there is a free gift included on the product, and hence they have left negative feedback.
A seller is at all times responsible for the accuracy of product page information.
So, please always make sure that the product details and descriptions are accurate so that customers will complain in future.
You can correspond with the buyer to see if you can resolve any issues they still have as only the buyer can remove this feedback.
also you can reach out to our seller support for further clarification.
Regards,
Ash.

I think personally that there should be a warning on the inventory page if someone changed the listing title, bullet points, description or photos or even better an email.
I currently have over 1,000 products, and recently started getting complaints because some seller had changed the listing that I made with my own GS1 barcodes to a completely different product, in a completely different category, he changed the photo, description, bullet points, title, brand name etc and now I had to delete the listing I created, using MY GS1 barcode because I don’t have approval to sell HIS brand name. How am I supposed to check over 1,000 listings every day to make sure some other random seller hasn’t somehow changed my product, or started adding extras that I don’t know about.
@Ash_Amazon this is a really big problem that happens more often than you could think - is there anyway we can get a warning when information has changed?

It is against Amazon policy to add a free gift.
Not that it makes any difference.
