Shipment is late
What's going on????? This order is received after the post office is closed and in the morning it is immediately marked as "late shipment". Can anyone from Amazon explain it to me?
Thank you!

There is a problem, it is known. The default template you have is being over-written and your cut-off times are not being implemented. I have spoken with a few CSA agents, and they are aware of the issue. If you download the report, and put it into an Excel Spreadsheet, you can really see the pattern. (Orders happening at 6-11:59pm) - after business hours, and after anyone is shipping, just to arrive to open your business doors, first thing to see you have a late shipment already! Also, an uptrend lately, is the customer has messaged you to cancel the order, because Amazon is sending automated emails saying the shipping is already late... There is a huge difference between (free) standard mail service, and Expedited, the Automated Amazon shipping makes the Standard Shipping (0) days, where-as the Expedited is still at 1-2 business days.
- They are working on it. - I have 100% on time delivery times yet there were items showing as LSR, which I pointed out was impossible.. (default template says 2days handling for me) so even if the automated was set to (0) - the default shows (2) days, 0+2days = 2 days anyway you slice it.
