Read onlyIt’s been 3 years since Amazon suspended my account and I get an email saying I’m now eligible for a payment disbursement. So I follow the instructions, upload my docs and join the video call to confirm my identity but an agent never turns up. Been doing this for hours and days on end. I email appeals to complain and they just send me the same generic email back every time. Then I get an email saying we can’t give you your disbursement because you didn’t do the video call. Is this their way of just keeping your money?
This issue has been mentioned several times on the forum, about no-one turning up for the video calls. Cannot offer any help in any way at all, but this seems to be dreadful behaviour from Amazon. You could try tagging in some forum ods, but not sure if even they would be able to help.
