Invoice Request from Customer
Hi Everyone,
I am doing wholesale FBA, I am VAT registered and today I received a message that one buyer (Under 24-hour target)
Please send me an invoice for this order
Invoice request from Amazon customer xxxxxx (Order: 000-0000000-000000)
Order status of the customer is pending as it was 4 hours ago so I can not get the customer details
Any idea how I can send an invoice to the customer?
Do I need to enroll in any of the Amazon VAT Calculation program?
I used the option Reports>Tax Documemt Library>Amazon VAT Calculations
You are not enrolled in VAT Tax Report program. To enroll go to [Tax settings]
When I click to enroll in the VAT Tax Calculation service. and opt for
As soon as possible
Once verified, your settings will take effect on 29/10/2021
Any idea what to do in that situation and do I have to pay any charge for the Amazon VAT Calculation Services.

You’re required to upload an invoice for all business orders, as well as for any sale where the buyer requests it. Once Amazon take over they will do it for you.
If the order is still pending then there is nothing to send - wait for it to go through and then upload one. You can either message them now and let them know you’ll do it once Amazon complete the order, or you can wait a while for Amazon to send the order and then message them - just don’t leave the message unanswered for more than 24hrs as a maximum.

When I am going in manage order and trying to upload the invoice it’s showing as
You can automate invoicing by either letting Amazon create invoices on your behalf for free or using a solution provider that can automatically upload invoices for each order.

Can I make an invoice using MS excel convert it to pdf and upload it and send it to the customer.?
Please if possible can someone post me a sample of the invoice.
