Terminate account resolved. try this fix
I had recently gone thru a deactivation myself, at least that was what I was told by Amazon. It all started about 2 weeks ago when I went to log into my sellers account thru the 2-step varication process. Every time I login I would be sent to Amazon Pay, I wondered why that was happening. I couldn’t login to my sellers account so I went thru Amazon Pay and asked them why this was happening. Upon further investigating by Amazon Pay they informed me I needed to use a different e-mail address to login. That sounded a bit crazy since I setup my sellers account with the same email address I use to buy products on Amazon. I never used a different email address before so why now I asked myself. Something fishy was going on here. After going back and fourth with Amazon Pay about this issue I was told that my account was terminated by me or someone. Another crazy response from them. I said you must have a hacker inside your own company for this to have happen. I never terminated my own account and I live alone, so I asked that my issue be forwarded to Amazon sellers support team since I can’t get into my sellers account to do it myself. Amazon sellers have no way of contacting Amazon support outside of logging into Amazon seller’s account. Crazy right. You can’t get sellers support unless your login into Amazon sellers page. I tried to search for a contact on Google but to no avail. I was told that I would have to setup a new sellers account, meanwhile I have a $10,000.00 TV spot playing, thousands of dollars of stock Amazon is holding for me. As of today 6-19-2024. I’m having panic attacks like you can’t believe. I go to Amazon sellers website https://sell.amazon.com/.
I go start a new account and get immediately get sent to my Amazon sellers page. WoW! I’m back into my Amazon sellers account again. No 2-step verification process. My account was never terminated.
The problem I always felt was on Amazon side of the equation.
