Hello
Case 15904455861
A China-based hacker seller is connecting to my Brand Registry account to take control of it. This is a new method of hacking and taking control of the account.
I have my Trademark registered in the United States. The hacker registered the Trademark in Australia, and Brand Registry consolidated the Australia registration in my account, giving him full access to my account with the ability to remove me as administrator.
I contacted a lawyer in China who tried to communicate with the China-based company, but I was unsuccessful because the information used for the registration, such as the address, did not exist.
It has already happened once with the same China-based hacker. The Trademark connected to my account was removed.
This is the second time this has happened: when I asked Brand Registry for help, of the five replies from Brand Registry Support, almost all the answers were different and had no relation to the problem. The answers don't make sense.
I want to know if anyone has had the same problem and how they solved it.
I appreciate the help of the Amazon team that works with the Forum.
Thank you so much for your attention and participation.
