Wrong item count
Hi,
First shipment into Amazon, i thought i’d double checked everything but it appears i’ve made an error. I have listed an item on a listing which is for two items but i’ve packed and labelled each item separately, is there a way to tell the warehouse to pick two items per order? therefore the quantity available should be halved?
The shipment is still inbound (after 2 weeks, is this normal?)
Any help greatly appreciated

no unfortunately, they will only send the items the way you packed them - they won’t bundle items
you’ll have to create a removal order, get them sent back and either bundle them yourself or send them back in on the right listing

In addition to the above, better to close the listing too to prevent sales whilst Amazon complete the removal order.

wow, fast answers, thanks.
Can i create the removal order whilst the goods are still in transit, and if i close the listing before they receive the goods will that screw anything up?
I set the price high when i realised to prevent any stock selling.
