Product safety in account health

Hi I have received an account health and my listing has been removed. Its under product safety issue.
seller support arnt listening to me that I have not sold a single unit of this item in over 12 months and have only just re stocked it. How can I send them information on corrective action and give a reason for removal. Amazon took it off not me, I havnt had any complaints. By the way its a puppy feeding bottle.

I am been asked to file a plan of action for the ’ report’ from customers complaint of safety. I havnt had one ! I am loosing the will to live with it, as ive done what they asked sent a plan of action

8. Approximately how long has the product model been in existence?
9. How long have you been listing this product on Amazon website?
