Customer returns with missing items.

We receive very few returns. And many of them are by competitors.

The problem is the items aren't sellable anymore but Amazon refunds the entire amount. Is there a way to report this ?

Thank you for your post. You can File a Safe-T Claim when a return is not received in its original condition.

If you think that the order is suspicious or its from a competitor you can report it to Sellers Support.
