FBA FRAUD is totally out of control, Please help me!!!
We have been professional sellers on Amazon for over 5 years. We are thoroughly familiar with the proper procedures for preparing and shipping inventory, labeling products, uploading files, and creating shipments.This is the first time we have encountered such a serious issue:
The shipment was delivered on April 10 to the destination fulfillment center (POC3)
it was closed on June 10.
BUT this shipment still have 120 sets of product was missing.
In this period, we opened so many case to ask for theri help, but they just told us it should be wait until Jun 10.
This timeline clearly demonstrates that there was an error during Amazon's internal handling of the shipment. In other words, the items were lost while they were in Amazon’s possession at POC3 and no one seems to have an answer. As of today, 120 units are missing, and Amazon must take responsibility and issue the appropriate compensation.have sent manufacturer invoice.
So we provide the Invoice for the case to be investigated, but Amazon not admitted fault after losing my product and said they received an unexpected item with the wrong UPC. We check this ASIN is not our product even not our product supply chain. how can we send the wrong item to this shipment?
I keep writing and they ignore my emails referencing the details over and over again it’s been over two months?
Any recourse? Please help us !!!!
