Seller Fulfilled Prime
We've been Seller Fulfilled Prime for a few months now. How concerned should I be if we miss one shipping deadline? For some reason, we have 20+ orders to be fulfilled on Monday but ONE snuck in after 7PM EST last night that was supposed to be shipped today. We're a small business that did not have anyone scheduled to work today let alone ship one order especially when all other orders, even orders placed before the previously mentioned order, have a Monday shipping deadline.

I'm just coming across this thread and wanted to check in with you, has there been any updates on this shipment since posting?
Please note that the first time you don't meet a requirement, you'll get an email notice. If you don't meet that same requirement a second time, you'll get an email notice, and Prime offers will be disabled for your account. You can re-enable Prime offers at your discretion, but we recommend that you do so only after you address the root cause of the performance issue. Lastly, if you don't meet the requirement for a third time, you'll get an email notice and your enrollment will be revoked.
