I have several products that are FBA for years the problem I have is that when I try to replenish and add the quantity I get the following error

The SKU for this product is unknown or cannot be found

Has anyone had the same issue?

Can anyone on here please help me with these errors in the title as Amazon dont seem to be able to.

I have been trying for months, whatever Amazon tell me to do it makes no difference, I still have "Add missing offer details" and "The SKU for this product is unknown or cannot be found.

I have zero stock on FBA at the moment as I want this new item shipped and restock everything in one shipment as this new item will sell with my other items so really need to get this fixed asap.

Does anybody know the resolution
