Pricing Policy Violation

Im having a nightmare with Amazon, received a pricing policy violation because my product dosent match the refernece price of 49p in the Amazon catalogue. Is Amazon truly serious on this. I can even ship or buy the product for that price. Im constantly having problems with this product and cant get Amazon to see common sense and remove the violation.

I have a few others also with a similar problem.

Anybody got any ideas in how to get this sorted, as per usual Ive wasted so much time back and forth with Amazon trying to sort this crazy problem out.
