On my account health page under Product Policy Compliance there are some violations. And under Reason column it says that, Inaccurate Pricing Information for some of the ASINs. I am a dropshipper and i am doing dropshipping. I am aware of what is Seller Code of Conduct and Business Solution Information. I am also aware of Amazon DropShipping Policy and i am fully comply with them. Because i am doing dropshipping and i never sold these products yet which are at Product Policy Compliance page, i am not able to provide any invoice because i dont keep stocks as you know what dropshipping is. I can only provide invoice from my supplier if i sold these items. When i tried to wrote appeal and submitted to there, nothing changed and it still want me to provide invoice. Can you help me how can i manage to that? I have deleted affected ASINs because i dont want any violation on my account health page and i added ASINs to my prohibited asin list on my software that i am using for my dropshipping business model but violations are still there and not going.

Hi, i have policy violation on my selling account with section 3 i submit many appeal on it with evidence and we admitted that we mistakenly do mistake on drop shipping policy violation by trusting some one but i always received same response by amazon that submitted information is not enough please guide me which kind of documents i suppose to submit to reinstate my account thanks

I have received a policy violation on Amazon for not following 'Seller Code of Conduct'

Specifically, the statement says - 'We have taken this measure because we observed that you, or someone acting on your behalf, requested changes to the title, the product detail page, or a brand attribute to a brand name, listing creation match, or a brand registry update that you do not own or have authorization to request to change.'

We are the brand owners and have the trademark enrolled into brand registry and linked to the selling account, and despite all evidence provided, the policy violation appeal will not get accepted. I have contacted the account health specialist team over 10 times, and each time they have looked over the supporting documentation and can't seem to understand why it's not getting accepted.

Can someone please look at this case and assist me in getting the violation removed from my account? The Account has been at risk of deactivation since August and it is inhibiting us from working on the account.

Any support on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
