Read onlyAfter emailing the managing directors office almost 30 times in the last few months, it has come to my attention they simply do not care to resolve issues caused by the incompetence of their seller support. Apart from the trivial response received after each email every 72 hours. I am shocked that such a large company has no escalations team. Shocking and another reason not to trade with such a company

Did you actually open a case with seller support BEFORE contacting the MD ? - they do seem to need a case ID for them to look into.
They do reply but not to every email they receive. Last 3 times I contacted them they only responded to 1 of the emails.
The MD email is not part of a formal complaints process. As far as I am aware there is no formal complaints or escalation process on Amazon. Last year I did ask Seller Support for details of the complaints process and they just wouldn't give me an answer.
