OTP not arriving

The OTP is not coming to my messages. I have the messages app on both my iphone and ipad, usually get the OTP on both, but not receiving anything now. Thankfully, I am able to receive a phone call with the OTP and then I can proceed to get into my account. Anyone have a suggestion? thanks!

There can be a few reasons your OTP is not successfully being sent to your devices. Please review the Two-Step Verification Troubleshooting FAQ in Seller Central as a first step. We also recommend using an authenticator app for Two-Step Verification as a more reliable alternative.
