Top left look for the wheel.
From drop down select Account Info
On the page that opens, look at menu on the left ... at the bottom select Account Management.
When the box opens in the center, look for link that says Downgrade Account.
Select Downgrade Account and complete.

Do what @Seller_EkbLZUYSpmJEy said. But, just to remind it, you are talking about the "Individual selling plan" (-.99/unit sold) and the "Professional selling plan" (39.99 monthly fee).
This has NOTHING to do with your "Tax information" where you had to choose between "Individual" and "Business".
