Hello fellow sellers,
I have a question regarding the email address for managing director of amazon. I have found the managingdirector@amazon.co.uk on a topic from 2 years ago. Does anyone know if it’s still valid and how likley I am to get a reply and how long it would take?
Amazon support team have stopped replying to me regarding my account suspension so I tried escalating my Plan of Action to the MD in hopes it will be reviewed one more time. I have seeked advice from external sources and identified the most likely isssues with my account and have prepared a final plan of action which I send over by email to the MD but haven’t heard back as of yet. I heard I have better chances of having my plan reviewed throughly if I send it over to this eamil but I was wondering if anyone has tried this before and can tell me what to expect?
Many thanks,

The address for the Managing Director is definitely valid however they will only respond back if they determine that your issue is urgent, otherwise the case will be just forward it to the regular Seller Support or you will not receive any response at all.
If you need help with appealing, it would be better if you posted your Plan of Action along with any additional information here, instead of e-mailing managingdirector@amazon.co.uk, as this should be only used as the last resort.
