Product De-activated
Hello all,
I'm a new Amazon seller.
I was approved to sell a product.
The product was displayed in my store and all was well.
A few minutes ago, I checked my inventory and saw that the product was de-activated, citing policy violation.
I clicked the "learn more" link and the page stated that I HAVE NO RESTRICTIONS and NO PRODUCT DE-ACTIVATION.
I am following ALL THE RULES here on Amazon and Amazon keeps blocking my products.
If anyone can share why they believe this was done I'd be VERY GRATEFUL.
THIS IS FRUSTRATING!!!
WHY WAS I APPROVED TO SELL THE PRODUCT THEN TOLD I VIOLATED POLICY, THEN TOLD I DID NOT VIOLATE POLICY???
MY PRODUCT IS STILL DE-ACTIVATED even though the page states there is no de-activation.
PLEASE HELP!!!
Thanks in advance

Is this a branded product? Like Nike or Adidas? To be approved does NOT mean that you are allowed to sell it. That is a trap on Amazon.

Hi there @Seller_5imbONBr9VfU9,
I'm sorry you are having an issue with your product. There are lots of reasons a product might be removed. In order to investigate I will need to review your most recent Seller Support Case on this issue. Once you provide this info I will dive in and see what can be done to restore this listing. Thank you for your understanding.
