Veeqo stock control
Has anyone moved over to Veeqo for stock control since it was taken over by amazon?
How is it?
How is it for order management and dispatch?
Thanks

Search the forum, I believe that a few people have. But like anything, it has it’s drawbacks.

Hey, I’ve moved to Veeqo as had issues with Ecomdash which they couldn’t sort out. I’d say its ok if you’re not looking for anything complex. I have multiple locations where my stock is held and today had issues with stock not syncing the total amount only my warehouse amount.
I’ve also had issues with Amazon Buy Shipping integration not working for ages (this is apparently fixed now) which i thought was off seems Veeqo is owned by Amazon now. Also had issues with Royal Mail C&D not sending correct details to Amazon for BPL. We’ve now moved to using Amazon Buy Shipping directly and then Veeqo for Shopify and eBay shipping only.
On a positive
- Its free
- I like the mobile app that can be used to scan the products in a pick list.
- Support are responsive and so far have provided some decent troubleshooting in all the issues i’ve had
- Stock control appears to work fine now i have my locations setup
- Shipping rules are easy to setup and work well
Not really got any cons at the moment that would stop me using it and seems its free everytime i look at other options with other integrations i can’t justify paying
