She used self ship to get her order delivered. As you know, all self shipped orders are pre paid and we used DTDC to ship the product.This is for all sellers who work so hard to manufacture their stuff and get fraud customers like her. So here goes the story. [Moderator: content removed for including personal data] ordered a product on our platform [Moderator: content removed for including personal data]. We packed it and sent it over. She received it on the day of her delivery and on that same day, we get an email from amazon stating that she has applied for a refund as the product that was sent wasn't the same. Now, when this happens, we ofoocurse check on our end that if we did and our first thing is to contact the customer and get photos from them as we can resend it again. After calling her, she kept cutting our calls after picking them up. This happened from 5 of our numbers. We used 5 DIFFERENT NUMBERS to get her to send us pictures of the problem from our end. She didn't do so. She went ahead and blocked all our numbers and the product is still with her.After speaking with Amazon regarding this, they have the same script they use for everything. "PLEASE WAIT FOR 30-50 DAYS and File a SAFE-T claim". What this essentially means is that, " forget about your product, for us customers are kings and you're just a nobody". They don't contact the customer or investigate this.What do I do here? I am thinking of reaching out to the police and filing a complaint against this customer. I feel this is not the first time she has done this. If any other sellers have experienced the same, let's come together and file the complaint. AMAZON has to change the way they treat their sellers and they should remember that if sellers aren't there, there is no AMAZON.

yes i agree with your word. i have received order from fake buyer. after received the product and requested the return the product as different product received. but received the different product.

I see you had an issue with an order and its return with a customer, mainly due to the refund window. What's the current refund window stated for your product?
Also, I see you've received the steps to take as per the policies related to SAFE-T claims .
