what else is this if its not theft , its driving me crazy , i will list the exact order that things have happened and hope someone can help me .

-I create listings for one of my products in two variations

-after the listing is completed accurately I upload my Dangerous good exemption sheets as the product is a lithium polymer battery

- both variations are approved and fba fulfillable which is what I expected,

- I send in the inventory to amazon

- amazon reverses their fba fufillable decision on one of the variations (which is just a different colour)

- they tell me they are going to destroy all the inventory

now I only sent in the inventory as I was told it was accepted to be fba fulfilled , I have had to pay for a lab to create a safety data sheet for the variation and its still being declined ,

is anyone able to help me , treating sellers like this is absolutely crazy and seems illegal

I have already asked the seller support to help but they barely speak english and we cant understand each other ,
