Vine Reviews are UNTRUE!

So i'm getting vine reviews coming in which are ok some positive, some negative and critical, and thats all well and good, but then there are come coming in which are completely untrue. How do I know? Because they're referencing the packaging box and instructions written on it, when the item doesnt come in a box. They're claiming there are 'safer' alternatives to some products, when they are made with ZERO chemicals or anythign remotely concerning. One reviewer based her whole review on the listing image, which upon zooming in heavily she could see a blonde hair (?!) then went on to say how she isnt really interested in the product, never buys them, but for someone else who likes such things then they might like it - a candle btw - and rated down on the basis she has no interest in it. I dont know what planet some of these reviewers are on and why we cannot object to such reviews when I'm not only giving product away but paying fees on them also and then paying out of the nose for vine reviews in the first place!

Surely Amazon would pick reviewers who are actually interested in the product they are reviewing, or at least vet whether they are fake reviews that are clearly made up on the spot!!!???

I've never used Vine. I was tempted once, but after seeing some of the reviews I decided against.

I saw lots of reviews of unopened boxes. I can only assume that people write a review just to get the product, which they then sell on. They can get more for unopened products.

It's a sc*m unfortunately (the bot won't let you type this word here of course) - they get the free product, don't open it, leave a made up review to tick the box Amazon's end, and sell the unopened item at a profit. Easy, really.

TBH, I have used Vine on 4 of my products, which was okay, but I received some weird reviews despite Amazon claiming the reviews are in-depth but they are not! like I have instructions for our product and guidelines and also videos !! which comes with the product, 2 leaflets enclosed with the product for customers to read! but the Vine reviewer left the review stating everything is great and I'm thrilled but my dog won't play with it, so the customer decided to leave a 3-star review :D seemed like it was my problem !! LOL, the other vine reviewer used the product for something that we have put a warning for and we have written on the product page, pictures, A+ content, packaging, leaflet and video, but yet Vine reviewer use it for that and left a review based on that experience,

other experience is you imagine that I'm a dog trainer trained dogs for competition and police, so i make toys which i designed with the finest material, for training purpose, Vine reviewer got one of the items and coming there saying it's not fit for the purpose!!! and what the toy is good for! despite our product being in dog trainer's hands worldwide and also in 2 countries we supply the police force yet no complaints or issues reported by actual experts!

so you work that out by yourself :D

I would say not to use it but again I have had Vine reviewers who read the product description and fair play to them they did write their honest reviews after using it

but again 99% of Vine reviewers are just there for free products!!!!

sorrrrryyy was too much talking, wish you luck!
