Royal Mail Tracked 24 / 48 not available in Amazon 'Buy Shipping' option
Probably a dumb question but Royal Mail Tracked 24 / 48 is not available in the Amazon 'Buy Shipping' option. Usually just use 1st / 2nd class and 'Signed For' versions but Tracked 48
are cheaper on the RM Click & Drop website.

its not unless you have an RM business account linked but you can buy tracked 48 from click and drop if you dont

Yes, you're right, but as CherryTree says, if you want to use that service, buy from RM direct.

This has happened to me today. Some of my orders have it available, but some don't. So frustrations, I don't have time to go through click and drop fro every order that doesn't work

Its so annoying i also asked seller support about this a few weeks ago. Why cant they just add the tracked 24 and 48 to the options for us without the RM Business account to save us having to mess about.
I use Drop and Go for another selling platform i am on and drop stuff off at the post office. I hope i can just add any Amazon tracked 48 and 24 to that and then copy and paste the tracking number in.
Such a headache for us all when Amazon could just add it as an option.
