new seller. trying to add a new product listing. i get the following message.

You’re currently unable to add or edit listings because either the credit or debit card on file is invalid or it is in the process of validating, which could take up to 24 hours

but my credit card on file is valid?

Is the credit card a true credit card and not a debit card (with a credit card processor logo), and not a pre-paid credit card.

If so, add your credit card to the buyer side of your account.
