My funds are seized and I'm desperately praying for options

What are my options for collecting the remaining money I have left over from having my account deactivated? I have $15,000 locked up for approximately a year because I’m under the terms of a chapter 13 business agreement on Amazon. The agreement states that I sold merchandise without a letter of authorization from Samsung to sell their cellphones, which led to my account deactivation.

I’m at a loss and can’t find a way out of this situation.

I do not want to reactivate my Amazon account, I just want the funds residing inside.

You will not be getting any funds and/or inventory from an account that wasn't properly vetted to sell Samsung product.

Where did you source these products?

Hi @Seller_dugVS36ev6NbJ

Connor from Amazon here, thank you for reaching out to us.

I truly empathize with the difficult situation you're in, especially with $15,000 tied up for so long under your Chapter 13 agreement. It's completely understandable that you're feeling frustrated and looking for a way to access these funds. I've carefully reviewed your account, and I want to be fully transparent about what I've found.

Unfortunately, there are several serious issues with the supply chain documentation that are preventing us from releasing the funds at this time. These include problems with verifying your supplier, inconsistencies in invoices, and concerning date discrepancies with the website where you source your products.

However, if you're able to provide updated documentation that addresses these issues, we would be more than happy to reassess the situation. I'm here to help guide you through what's needed if you'd like to try resolving this.

Once you have an updated supply chain documents that meet our requirements, you can then submit a new appeal by clicking on the "submit new information" button in your Account Health page in Seller Central.

These are the invoice requirements:

-- Copies of invoices from your supplier issued in the last 180 days that show a quantity of items of at least 100. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible.

-- Contact information for your supplier, including the business name, phone number, address (where applicable), email, and website. We may call your supplier to verify the documents. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.

You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered, other than removing or redacting pricing information.

I hope this helps, please let me know if if you have any further questions.

-Connor

Amazon is not the judge or jury regarding your money no matter you've done. Yes, they can deactivate your account for violating their seller agreements and yes they can threaten to hold your money indefinitely. However, if you have enough money for attorney's fees the court will not see it that way.

Amazon doesn't "greenlight" you to sell anything - they let you do what you are authorized to do. You were not authorized to sell Samsung products as NEW. That may be described as deceptive by some. What you sold were items that may not be classified as NEW as they do not carry the same mfg warranty as one would receive when buying from the actual authorized distributer. In other words, when they called for Samsung service and showed YOUR receipt, they would be denied warranty coverage. That is the deal. Amazon MAY have returned the money to the customers, that would be the right thing to do. I suspect they didn't however. Now that would be my concern.

IF Amazon is going to steal from You then you should have a plan to treat them in the same coin .. It s a2 way street .. You can order stuff worth $15000 and be smart to know what to do

If praying would help then 95% of people would not be ruled by 5% of elite class in America .. Rich people make poor people believe that Prayer will help them
