Hi everyone, Actually, I did not understand that when a customer returns a product, is the return postage free? or deduct from the seller’s account, or deduct from the customer’s account? Please let me know this if you know Thanks in advance.

 Provided a prepaid return label is supplied by amazon, your account will be charged at the point the label is scanned when dropped off. 
 However, if the return reason means the customer is liable for the return postage costs (eg change of mind) then the cost of the label will deducted from the refund.
