Buy Box Feature
Hi everyone, I want your urgent help please!
I am a new FBA seller and I have listed my first product. But I don’t have BUY BOX feature. I don’t know why.
I changed the price several times it was initially £21.89, I changed it to 18.88 then returned to £21.89. Could this be the reason? I returned the price to £18.88 but it still no buy box.
Also, When I created the listing to get the shipping plan, the maximum price is to put £9.99. When the inventory delivered to Amazon, I finalised the listing to become active. But I never say buy box option.
Do Amazon want me to set the price again to 9.99? If this the case, I will sell the product in loss 
please help me what should I do? How long does it take to get buy box? I am FBA and I am eligible for this feature.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I am eligible fir buy box but I don’t know why not showing and Amazon support are not helpful in this matter.

If you are a Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) seller, your FBA new offers are automatically eligible to win the Buy Box. Otherwise, you must meet all of the conditions listed below. Amazon does not guarantee placement in the Buy Box.
- Type of selling account: You must have a Professional selling account. Here’s how you can check your current account type and upgrade, if required.
- Performance Metrics: Your Order Defect Rate, Cancellation Rate, and Late Shipment Rate are metrics that determine eligibility - the better you perform, the higher your chances are of becoming Buy Box eligible. You can see how you are doing on the Account Health page.
- Order volume: In order for Amazon to accurately assess your performance, we require that you have sufficient order volume (which varies among categories).

I am unsure why no one is making this clear…
When you open up a new account (Even if its a business account and FBA)
You wont get the buy box until your account has some reviews or 12 weeks has passed!!!
