FBA isssue and we are penalised
We received a review on one of our product about broken product delivered. We are fulfilled by amazon and it should have taken the responsibility whereas it is on our listing now and it effects our rating unfortunately.
we have tried every method to raise compliant but nothing has been done. Can someone from amazon help us with this
