We are unable to provide the specific reason for appeal rejection reason but below are the invoice criteria that must be met in order for your submission to be accepted.
• Invoices issued in the last 365 days (invoice should be dated before the ship by date)
• Reflect sales volume during the last 365 days since the enforcement date.
• Include contact information for supplier AND buyer, including name, phone number, address, and websites
• File formats must meet either .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files
• These documents must be authentic and unaltered, however Sellers can remove pricing information or circle/highlight the ASIN in question.
