Read onlyMy account was deactivated a few years ago. Whenever I click reactivate I get this message
"Your account has been restricted. For more information, please view your performance notifications here under the subject line ‘Important information about your Selling on Amazon payment account’.
We’re Here to Help: If you have any questions, or you are unable to provide the requested information or documentation, you can contact us."
so I reach out on the contact and I get a message back saying "this is not the correct channel to submit an appeal" and it sends me back to hit the reactivate button
Anyone know how I can message the guys that can actually do something?

At this moment, our advice will be for you to review the performance notification section, (more specific the one from September 26, 2023). You will need to reply to that email notification, following the appeal process, by replying to that notification with the information needed.
