Unfair A-to-Z Claim
114-4928708-8502647, the customer purchased 2 products, we immediately sent the goods to the customer, however, the customer a few days later sent us a message that did not receive the parcel and mentioned A-Z. We checked the fedex official website, it shows that the parcel has been delivered, and fedex also provided proof of signing.
We provided all the evidence to Amazon in the A-Z, however I suspect that Amazon did not review it carefully. Because when I provided the evidence, Amazon immediately ruled to give the customer a refund after a few seconds.
I am very disappointed. This order totaled USD 491.64 and we lost the product and the expensive shipping cost to ship it.
What else can I do? All I want is $491.64 refunded to us, even half of it won't cost me that much.

Did you buy your shipping on Amazon and get it to FedEx by the ship date? If not you are not protected.
