Seller support is never helpful
On July 18, my buybox rights were suddenly taken away from me. The seller support team never helps in this regard. Something really suddenly goes wrong and no one listens to our problems.

.....because seller support cannot do anything about it ! This buy box problem has been ongoing for a while and was supposed to be being looked into by one of the forum mods , but there has been no further update.

I am Spencer with Amazon, I have been assisting sellers with their Buy Box / Featured Offer issues.
We have a thread were I collect all ASINs of the sellers that lost the Buy Box. These ASINs I forward to the Buy Box team to check eligibility. The outcome is not shared with me, but I have seen many sellers who are reinstated.
