claims team refunded the fraudulent buyer, ask manager to escalate the issue
I have to report an incident where a buyer defrauded the package. I have proof of delivery(POD), which can prove that the buyer had signed for the package two months ago. I also provided it to the claims team. However, they ignored it and still refunded the fraudulent buyer, causing seller losses. I strongly request an appeal.
It has already been a serious act of theft and, according to the law, it constitutes a two-year prison .
I want a real amazon people to look at my case to make sure the buyer got punished and also reimburse me for my lost due to the amazon incorrect full refund. I can provided all the pictures if needed for invesigation and below are the order numbers

You're only protection against items not received claims are to buy your shipping on Amazon and get it in the mail stream by the Amazon ship by date.
Did you do these things? What reason did Amazon give you for denying your claim?
Was the buyer refunded through an A to Z claim? Signature is only helpful if you have to file a safe t claim for not received in situations where Amazon customer service refunded the buyer outside of the A to Z process.
