The images on my listing are not being updated

I am not able to change my product images. Please help! Despite opening 4 cases previously, the problem remains unresolved. Although I am familiar with the process of uploading images to my listings, the current images for ASIN: B0CXJ4LK8Z are not updating.

Could you kindly help me either remove the current images so I can upload new ones, or address the issue preventing the upload? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

I have tried waiting 24 hours multiple times as suggested, but it hasn't worked. Your support in this would mean a lot.
