i can not submit product when i select generic brand name and add my own external product id
i faced a problem when i select generic and dont select external id ,the submit button is hide unless other wise if i add my externam id it shows me the error

Michelle at Amazon here. If you are trying to list your items with your UPC, the brand on Amazon must match what is registered in GS1 and cannot be listed as generic, this is why you are getting the error.
Please list your brand as the brand registered with GS1 and if this does not resolve your issue, contact Seller Support. Insure that you provide them with all information that you are trying to add to your listing, including the brand, UPC, title etc. Also provide them with the error code that you are receiving. If they are not able to help you, provide me with the case ID so I can take a look.
