Negative feedback left for an item purchased elsewhere
A buyer left negative feedback that appears to relate to an item purchased elsewhere - the buyer's comments mention an item that we don't sell. I tried feedback removal, but received the bot response that the feedback wasn't a violation of policy. Opened case 16575821301, but it was also rejected.
Can a mod look into this?

you are wasting time trying to resolve this - there are only a couple of reasons for removal or strike thru and that is NOT one of them.
Gotta love this platform for a lack of common sense.
Wait til the AI bot includes that crap in the description it writes for your product - that really bites
