Inquiry Regarding Individual Account suspension

Recently, I have heard a news of individual account suspension in KSA. Can anyone please give me more details about this, like what are the reasons behind this mass suspension of individual accounts. I'm running an individual account in UAE, so I am little worried with this news. I'm wondering if Individual accounts are safe in UAE or not. Thanks in anticipation.
