Suspected Product Authenticity Issue but have not sold any of the ASIN's products

Hello,

I am a new seller and suddenly received an email stating that there is a Suspected Product Authenticity Issue with one of my products, which is a buyer complaint.

However, in reality, I have not sold any of the ASIN's products, and the appeal requires an invoice. As an FBM seller, I have not sold and therefore have not made any purchases.

Has anyone encountered this situation before? How were they all resolved?

Thanks in advance

Your post doesn't really make much sense - if a buyer has complained about the authenticity of the item, yet you say you haven't sold any, or made any purchases ?? Maybe I have misunderstood ?

Hard to say without seeing the notification, but Amazon does do random checks - especially for new sellers.

Given you state that as you haven't sold anything you've yet to buy anything, i guess you're drop shipping?

If so then given the number of private label listings you are selling on it would seem doubtful you could be drop shipping authentic items (where both the product and brand match).

You could i supposed send Amazon a copy of your drop shipping agreement with your supplier.
